Do Affirmations Really Work?

Quite simply, yes. They work. 

Positive affirmation, self-talk and belief has been instrumental in my ability to make huge leaps in impact and income in my business. Women I coach inside my programs also see similar results when they practice positive affirmation.

Olympic athletes - and chess players - use visualization and affirmation to achieve their levels of expertise and greatness.

Multiple published and peer-reviewed studies show how different systems and pathways in our brains change in response to positive affirmation. 

When we say and think positive affirmations, our brains become rewired and believe new possibilities. We teach our brain to think new thoughts. 

And from that place of higher thinking and believing, we take actions in alignment with these thoughts and beliefs. Even our response to external challenges or negativity also changes, as our brains are wired for positivity, growth and expansion.
